Out of control...

When we realize that life is as fast as a breath
Either in a little moment, or in every sunrise,
We learn to respect the nature of our body, this fragile support
And we understand that every melody should be danced as if it were the last time.

We learned that we can only give what we already have
That we can only spend time with other after spending time with ourselves
That we only can love someone else when we don't need the love of others
And that the mind only exists to serve the heart.

We learn that life only makes sense because of its danger
That security is synonymous of illusion
That not everything is black or white
And that all reality should be seen as a fast and intense dream.

We learn that it's better hold a hand of a child than see our name in the newspaper
That it's better feel the embrace of the wind than receive an applause
That it's better to feel the body of the one we love than to have all the world's wisdom
And it's better to give ourselves to respect than be respected.

We learn that the one who is never available is the one who is not living
That we don't waste time with someone we love
But with the one who doesn't know how to receive love
And, above all, we learn to thank, from a small critical to life itself.
